Will my translated documents be accepted by the Government?

Our translations will be accepted by every Government agency and they will be accepted in most other countries as well.

Why doesn’t  my translation have the NAATI stamp?

The use of a NAATI stamp is not compulsory in Australia; however, the translations for Government purposes will be done and signed by NAATI accredited translators. GL TRANSLATIONS will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that a NAATI stamp is used in the final document.

What is the turnaround time for a translation?

Our standard turnaround time for general documents is 5-7 business days.

Can you send the translation today?

If you need an urgent translation, please let us know so we can organise it for you. The Express services for urgent translations would be 24-48 hours. An extra fee is incurred if you need an Express service.

Can you send me the electronic copy?

Yes, we can send you the electronic copy if you don’t need the hard copy. If you are lodging your documents for processing your VISA on time, the electronic documents will be the best option. This will save you time and money.

How do you charge for your services?

In general, we charge documents per source word. Our prices may vary according to the purpose of the translation, text length, time of delivery, area of speciality and a number of other factors.

How much do you charge per standard document?

Standard documents such as birth certificates, death certificates, driving licenses, etc, are charged per document. Contact us if you need a full version of your translation.

Can you translate my company’s brochure?

Yes, we certainly can. We will need your brochure and timeframe to give you a quote. Just contact us and we’ll be happy to help you.
